Artisan is a passionate, fun and lively team that bring with them a variety of skills and professionalism from a range of business backgrounds. We can assist in developing and upskilling individuals, team, management and leaders. We pride ourselves on being an organisation bursting with energy, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a difference. We believe in high impact, lean learning.
Artisan is based in Auckland but delivers nationally and globally. Formed in 2006, Artisan has established itself as a flexible, fast and reliable company delivering a range of products and services based around training and development.
Why it works
Our approach is all about creating a partnership and finding out what the key needs are. We do this so we can ensure our courses speak your language and reflect the values and ethos of the companies we work with.
We focus on learning solutions that are tailor made for businesses and companies. A key component is developing resources that ‘fit’ the intended outcome while engaging and educating the learner.
Training can be anything from a one or two day fully facilitated workshop, a virtual classroom workshop, a 3-hour seminar or online self-study through our Learning Lab NZ platform. Artisan also develop training videos designed and produced specifically to target the training needs of each client.
Delivering training solutions nationwide, Artisan is in touch with the ever-changing face of learning in the workplace and seeks to keep pace with the demands of time, versus cost, versus sustainable and credible skills delivery for companies passionate about team development within their business.
